Marin General Hospital hosts, sponsors and facilitates free support groups in an effort to optimize the health and healing of patients, family members and other caregivers of those with cancer. During the COVID-19 pandemic support groups are being facilitated for your safety through various virtual formats. Calendar Updates
Suite 140 will remain closed to the public. Appointments will be scheduled over the phone. Patients can call the main number 415-925-7620 to schedule an appointment.
Upon checking in, patients will receive a temperature check, complete a COVID screening form and reconcile payment. If the patient does not have one, a surgical mask will be issued at the time of appointment.
Both patient and practitioner are masked at all times during the massage.

Mindfulness meditation is a powerful tool for managing
manage stress and cultivating self-awareness, compassion,
and empathy. Regular practice can improve both mental
and physical health.
Join us each week, from the comfort of your home, for
a virtual guided meditation. In each session, you will
learn and practice skills to calm the body and mind.
Topics will include gratitude, resilience, stress reduction,
pain management, relaxation, and more.
All classes will be recorded and recordings will be
available on MarinHealth’s YouTube channel.

Exclusively for women who have completed or are currently undergoing pelvic radiation as part of their cancer treatment, this intimate presentation will address cancer survivorship and pelvic health, including:
• Long-term side effects of pelvic radiation
(vaginal dryness & fibrosis, painful intercourse, etc.)
• Sexual dysfunction during/after cancer treatment
• Vaginal atrophy and the use of vaginal dilators
• Recommendations for relieving symptoms
